Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Vision Systems VRT-JOO 17382710-A VRTJOO 17382710A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Wago products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vutek parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Wago product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Wago such as the 750337 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VU45080879RH manufactured by Vutek and we are pleased to be able to service most Vutek systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 787904 by Manufacturer Wago as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Wago Brand 750550 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Wandfluh-Electronics such as E05001D20 equipment made by Wandfluh-Electronics have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Wandfluh-Electronics products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Wandfluh-Electronics" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available VW3A3201 made by Schneider as well as the popular ODW81 original spares produced by Wandel--Goltermann

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U29331SO2 by Wallace and E05001D20 spares by Wandfluh-Electronics are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VL340500000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Seco.
